Offering three floors of modern, minimalist style, Blue Views Penthouse Two is designed to accommodate you and your family in comfort and make the most of its seaside location. The interiors are open-plan and filled with natural light. The color scheme is predominantly white, warmed by earthy pastels, and timber floors and furniture. Large leather couches catch the eye, and there is a welcoming gas fireplace for cool evenings.

Sliding glass doors open to reveal outdoor terraces with sun loungers and a glass-fronted pool beyond which lies the dazzling Atlantic Ocean. Glance either side of you and you have the rugged Twelve Apostles mountain as a backdrop as well as glimpses of iconic Lion’s Head peak – great for hiking and paragliding - and popular Camps Bay beach.

Neighbourhood

Blue Views Penthouse Two is conveniently located a short distance from Camps Bay Beach and its many shops and restaurants. On lazy summer days, however, you may prefer the shelter of wind-free Bakoven Beach, a very short stroll from your accommodation.

As for further afield, Camps Bay is well positioned to access the Table Mountain cable car and it is a short drive to the restaurants, shops, and attractions of the V&A Waterfront and Cape Town city center.

Suitability

With five air-conditioned and en suite bedrooms, Blue Views Penthouse Two easily accommodates 10 guests, making it perfect for large, multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together. Enjoying the twin advantages of self-catering facilities and housekeeping Monday to Saturday, the villa also offers the services of a private chef as well as those of babysitters.

The best time to visit

A Camps Bay villa is best enjoyed over Cape Town’s long summer season. Warm, sunny, and dry weather tends to dominate from November to April, bringing with it the bulk of the year’s cultural, musical, and sporting events. Blue Views Penthouse Two is well located for a summer beach holiday – it is a very short walk to Bakoven Beach and another 10 minutes to Camps Bay Beach. Note that December to January is the peak summer season and accommodation should be booked long in advance as the city is extremely popular with holidaymakers from across the world.

We do advise that Blue Views Penthouse Two may not be suitable for families with babies or young children as the pool is not fenced and there are multiple levels with several staircases to access.
